Lammie Designs ("we", "us") is a Nigerian fashion brand selling clothing and accessories through this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to reflect how this website actually works.
1. Information You Give Us
- Account details – your name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
- Order details – delivery address, contact details and the items you buy.
- Waitlist signups – if you join a launch waitlist we collect your name, email address, phone number, the pieces you are interested in, and anything you write in the additional information field.
- Newsletter – your email address, if you subscribe.
- Messages – anything you send us through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
2. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address – recorded with form submissions to prevent abuse and spam.
- Device and browser information – such as browser type, screen size and the pages you visit.
- Usage data – which products you view, what you add to your cart, and how you move through the site.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential – a session cookie and a visitor identifier that keep your cart and login working. The site cannot function without these.
- "Remember me" – if you choose it at login, so you are not signed out between visits.
- Location – to show prices and delivery options relevant to you.
- Analytics and advertising – described in section 4.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, parts of the site will stop working.
4. Analytics, Session Recording and Advertising
We use the following third-party tools, which collect information about how you use the site:
- Google Analytics – to understand traffic and which pages and products perform well.
- Session analytics – our platform provider records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling and navigation, so we can find and fix problems with the site.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel – where enabled, this measures the results of our adverts and lets us show adverts to people who have visited our site or joined a waitlist. It records page views and waitlist signups.
- Google reCAPTCHA – to tell real customers apart from automated bots on our forms. Its use is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can control advert personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by Paystack. Your card number, CVV and PIN are entered on Paystack's systems and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of the transaction reference, amount and status so we can fulfil and support your order. Where you pay by bank transfer, we receive only the details shown on the transfer.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To contact you about an order, including by WhatsApp where you have given us your number.
- To tell you when a collection or store launch goes live, if you joined a waitlist.
- To send you offers and updates, where you have asked to receive them.
- To improve our products, our website and our customer service.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
7. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our payment processor, to take payment.

- Government or law enforcement authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
Some of these providers are based outside Nigeria, which means your data may be stored or processed abroad.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Waitlist and newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
9. Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and related regulations, you have the right to:

- Have inaccurate details corrected.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
